Sensor Sensitivity
Thermocouples produce a non-linear voltage output proportional to the temperature difference between the Hot or measuring junctionand the Cold or reference junction, sensitivities vary typically from about (20 to 50) µV/°C. Pt100 Platinum resistancesensors change their resistance as a function of temperature.Thermistors provide a much higher change of resistance with temperature, but have restricted ranges and are very non-linear unless used over narrow temperature spans.

Push Button / Programmable
Our transmitters interface with most thermal sensors and provide a signal output for most industrial protocols. Some models allow for up to 22 points of linearization chosen by the user. Some models can be calibrated in the field.
